Whether a performance or recreation athlete, I understand how serious this can be. The expectation for excellence is reflected in the relationships I build with the athletes I coach. I too am racing, and strive to be the best. AND I make mistakes, I fall down, I get dirty. Through this, I learn forward. I hope to be better than I was the day before. My goal is to help you be better also.
Every Day is an opportunity to be better.
In Endurance Sports, learning to be comfortable with the uncomfortable is where the magic happens. Understanding when to push and when to hold back, is a fascinating dance. Each training session and race presents the opportunity to learn. Sometimes the results are disappointing; others shattering. Overall, It is a lot of fun.
